Vor dem Hintergrund des großen Einflusses von Medien auf Anschauungen von Menschen und des gegenwärtigen Wandels der medialen Welt soll im Rahmen dieser Hausarbeit der Unterschied zwischen analoger und digitaler Fotografie im Hinblick auf die Manipulierbarkeit untersucht werden.

Es folgt das konkrete Beispiel eines manipulierten Pressefotos von 1997 während des Anschlages im ägyptischen Luxor, bei dem lediglich eine Farbveränderung zu einem kompletten Deutungswandel des Bildes führte.
